Operational Manager (Catering)

Salary: £29,000 per annum plus

To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of catering operations and designated services to the client organisation in accordance with the agreement of the contract. To deliver the highest possible standard of food with the resources available and within budget. Effective management of the team to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results. Manage the catering operation with the available resources within budget and to achieve sales. To manage and control the service offers for the client to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance. To actively seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth & development with focus on latest food trends and best practices. Responsible for HSE compliance within the catering services. Motivate, coach and train staff to perform to the highest standards. Ensure hospitality is produced to the highest possible standard and is delivered to the agreed specification.

The skills, qualifications and experience required for the role:
Entry is possible with a variety of academic qualifications and/or relevant experience. However, we prefer candidates with Graduation or Diplomas in the Specified area of employment, and we prefer candidate with minimum 1 year experience in the same area of employment.

Indian Sweet Speciality Chef

Salary: £28,000 plus

Duties and responsibilities include prepares, Prepare, and cook individual sweet dishes like Laddu, Mysore Pak, Halwa, Gulab Jamun, Jangiri, Badhusha and snacks etc and to cooks foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes. To Monitor the production of food and ensure consistent quality and presented to the Highest standards. He/she will be responsible for ordering quality stock and stock taking relevant to his needs in his specialist area to ensure a smooth operation of his section of the kitchen. To maintain high standard of personal presentation and hygiene whilst preparing food and to assist in the training and development of staff. Plan menus, ensure quality of sweet dishes and determine size of dish proportions, work with minimal supervision, estimate sweets requirements and costs, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of sweets, Order supplies and equipment for kitchen, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Responsible for the preparation of all various south Indian food items. supervises, organises, and instructs kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen; ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen

Salary:
Starting from 11.50/hour

Organising a daily work schedule to contact existing or new potential
sales customers.

Contacting existing and new customers to pitch Shayona’s
products and/or services.

Managing orders and delivery.

To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of sales
operations.

Maintain positive relationships, communicate with customers
before and after sales.

Resolving customer complaints and concerns.

Promoting new products and any special deals/discounts.

To actively seek and identify opportunities and
innovation for business growth and development with focus on latest industry
trends.
