Delivery Terms:
Standard home delivery is available between Tuesday & Friday.
For any orders containing frozen products, any orders placed between Thursday evening and Sunday, your parcel will be dispatched the following week.

Why do you charge for delivery?
We have to charge for delivery as our prices are not inflated to accommodate delivery costs. Our prices in shop and online are the same.
When will I receive my parcel?
All deliveries can take up to 4 working days to arrive from the day your order was placed. For orders placed between Friday and Sunday, your parcel will be dispatched the following week.
On rare occasions, we may hold your delivery whilst we wait for any out of stock items to arrive.
Has my order shipped?
You will also be notified via email when the order is shipped with the courier along with the tracking number.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or modified. However, if you need to change or cancel prior to getting shipped notification we will accommodate your request.

What delivery service is used?
We use a ‘trackable’ service to ensure that you receive your parcel and to allow you to track the progress of your order with the delivery company used.
A 'signature on delivery' is required so please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery at the specified shipping address.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order update email containing your parcel tracking number when we have dispatched your order. You can enter the tracking number at the links below:

My order never arrived
You would have received an email with your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance by replying to the order confirmation email.
What countries do you ship too?
At present we only offer a shipping service to the United Kingdom only.
What happens if items are missing or damaged from my order?
Please reply back to the order confirmation email if there is an issue with your order.
Can I change the delivery address of my order once the order has been placed?
Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address of your order once it has been placed, but please reply back to the order confirmation email and we may be able to assist you.
Change of Delivery date or address
Shayona cannot be held responsible if items of your order, including frozen items, are spoiled if you, the customer, changed the delivery date or delivery location. All the effort is made to ensure your products reach you in the best possible condition.
Many orders are booked in as priority and/or next day deliveries due to the nature of the products in your order. We will use our discretion in issuing any refunds due to this. Not one order will result in the same outcome.
Seasonal Delivery Periods
The postal and other delivery services will be extremely busy over periods such as Eid, Diwali and Christmas delivery times may take longer than usual for which we cannot be responsible as these matters are beyond our control.
Please note
Our fresh produce means that orders are subject to availability. Should we be unable to fulfil your whole order, we will refund the difference within 5 working days.
On some occasions, we may send substitute items of the same kind/weight if the product is out of stock.
